After Sales Service for TPA Worldwide Distributors:

We guarantee 2% of the total value for the loudspeakers in every single order list will be used as fee for spare parts which will be sent in every shipment.


TPA Limited Warranty:

TPA extends a warranty on all our loudspeakers for a period of one year from the date of initial consumer purchase. Warranty registration is automatically filed at the time of purchase.

Replacement Claim:


A Replacement Claim is offered to facilitate a delivery of spare parts to end-users, if there is no local dealer or distributor Under a Replacement Claim a high quality digital photo must be provided of the damaged part(s) to determine the cause of failure.


What is not covered:

Your TPA warranty covers any material and workmanship defects, with the following exclusions:

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.

Damage occurring during any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the transportation carrier).

Systems that are powered with an Amplifier configuration that does not meet factory specifications.

Systems that are processed with presets that were not factory issued.


Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized TPA service agent.

Any TPA product which has been modified or on which the serial number or cabinet has been altered, defaced or removed.

Consequential, economic or property damage.

Claims based upon any misrepresentation by the seller.
